Project Description

The works include reclamation of approximately 3 hectares at Junk Bay, construction of the dual two-lane Road P2 of approximately 800 m long with approximately 200 m of the depressed carriageway covered by landscape deck, and implementation of the associated building, civil, structural, marine, electrical and mechanical, landscaping and environmental protection and mitigation works. 

On December 2016, our company was awarded for the project of “Contract No. NE/2015/02 Tseung Kwan O to Lam Tin Tunnel – Road P2 and Associated Works” from CRBC – Build King Joint Venture. 

The works herein specified for construction of waterproofing works for Road P2 underpass and U-trough A, B & C. The waterproofing works were over 50,000 m² and the works was started on October 2017 and will be completed on 2021. We provided 10 years warranty for the waterproofing works in this project.
