Project Description

Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel – Main Tunnel and Associated Works mainly comprises the construction of a 2.2 km long dual two-lane main tunnel connecting Kwun Tong and Tseung Kwan O, and a branch tunnel connecting the main tunnel from Tseung Kwan O to Eastern Harbour Crossing. 

On August 2018, our company was awarded for the project of “Contract No. NE/2015/01 Tseung Kwan O to Lam Tin Tunnel – Main Tunnel and Associated Works” from Leighton-China State Joint Venture. 

The works herein specified for construction of waterproofing works for Main tunnel between Lam Tin Interchange and Tseung Kwan O Interchange, and a branch tunnel connecting the main tunnel from Tseung Kwan O to Eastern Harbour Crossing, and Administration Building, West Ventilation Building, associated drainage and sewage pumping stations and East Ventilation Building at Tseung Kwan O portal. The waterproofing works were over 200,000 m² and the works was started on November 2018 and will be tentative completed on 2021. We provided 10 years warranty for the waterproofing works in this project.
