Project Description

Caritas Chan Chun Ha Field Studies Centre was established by Hong Kong Caritas at 1996. It is a field-study center run as an aided secondary school. They provide appropriate opportunities and facilities for students to study field study techniques and have a better understanding about the environment. Their learning centre has a mission to promote the understanding of environment about teenagers and have an understating and actualization about sustainable development. 

On September 2014, our company was awarded for the project of “Emergency Repairs, Major Repairs and Minor Building Works to Aided Schools in Region No.1 – Caritas Chan Chun Ha Field Studies Centre, Chi Ma Hang Road, Chi Ma Hang, Cheung Chau, New Territories” from School Premises Maintenance Section, Education Bureau. 

The works herein specified to carry out the waterproofing works at the roof of Caritas Chan Chun Ha Field Studies Centre. 

The waterproofing works were approx. 3000 m² to the roofs and the works was started on September 2014 and completed on October 2014. 

The works to be included make good the substrate, applying spray applied waterproofing system and apply UV resistant top coat. We provided 10 years warranty for the waterproofing works in this project.
